  2. CHANGE any Direct Deposits, Payroll Deductions and any automatic payments!

Account Closing Letter- This form will notify your old financial institution that you are closing your account(s).

Automatic Payments- This form will switch your automatic payments to Members "First" Community Credit Union.

Direct Payment Cancellations- This form can be used to cancel your payment agreements with companies that are currently deducting your payments from your debit card or credit card.

Direct Deposit- This form will switch your direct deposit to Members "First" Community Credit Union.

Social Security Deposit- This form will switch your Social Security deposit to Members "First" Community Credit Union.

Postage Reimbursement Form- This form can be used to receive a postage refund for postage costs up to $5.00 incurred when you switched accounts within 90 days of opening the account.
